Returns

At Live Well & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including personal care products and opened wellness items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
